  • Drive process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen actuarial models, tools, controls, and operating practices across the VSSC.

The Opportunity

The Actuarial Senior Manager, SG VSSC is responsible for managing and advancing Manulife Global Solutions' (MGS) Singapore Valuation Shared Services Center (SG VSSC). This role drives delivery excellence, develops actuarial talent, strengthens stakeholder partnerships, and ensures the continued growth and success of the Singapore VSSC.

Established in 2012, MGS Actuarial has grown into a global center of excellence with over 200 professionals supporting Valuation, Asset & Liability Modelling, Experience Analytics, Pricing, and other core actuarial services. Position Responsibilities:

Actuarial Delivery & Technical Leadership

  • Provide leadership for actuarial valuation and modeling, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
