Ad Creative Specialist D2C Pet Brand

We move fast, communicate directly, and genuinely invest in the people we work with — from team trips to personal gestures when someone goes above and beyond. It's not a transactional relationship. In key roles like this one, you work directly with our CEO from day one.

This is a specialist role, not a generalist one. We are looking for one thing done exceptionally well: ad creative that performs. The single most important skill: you can look at a creative before it launches and know whether it will win.

What you'll own: 

- Concepting, briefing, and iterating ad creative for all ad platforms.

- Owning and streamlining the Ad Creative process with our team

- Identifying winning concepts, angles, and hooks

- Owning our target audience and translating insights into action

- Testing creative at pace and turning results into the next round of winners 

- Staying ahead of creative trends and watching competitors closely 

- Working directly with our CEO and our creators/editors

Requirements

Non-negotiables: 

- A portfolio with clear, proven results in paid ads for D2C brands. Please do not apply without having one. 

- A track record of identifying winning creatives

- Specific examples of creatives you made or shaped, and the results it drove

- Experience with pet brands is a plus
