Ad Quality Specialist

In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

You Will:

• Evaluate and audit advertising banners for digital campaigns (static and animated) to ensure flawless technical performance and high aesthetic standards;
• Verify the compliance of creatives with internal guidelines, client requirements, and publisher specifications;
• Detect, document, and report technical bugs, rendering issues, or visual discrepancies in banners;
• Collaborate closely with internal design and support teams to resolve creative issues swiftly;
• Perform daily quality control tasks within a two-shift system to support ongoing and upcoming global campaigns.

Desired Experience: 

• 3 years of experience in quality assurance, digital design validation, or digital advertising operations;
• Strong aesthetic sense and exceptional attention to detail (spotting minor visual flaws, alignment issues, or typos);
• Basic technical understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (sufficient to inspect and troubleshoot banner code);
• Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English (used daily in internal communication);
• High adaptability and readiness to work productively in a two-shift system and fully remote setup;
• Great communication skills, responsibility, and a problem-solving attitude under tight deadlines.
  

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with web debugging tools;
• Basic knowledge of graphic software;
• Previous experience in the programmatic, RTB, or digital ad tech industry;
• Interest in using AI tools.
