Title: Ad Sales Operations Analyst
Duration: 3.5 months with possibility with to extend
Location: New York, NY 10007 or Chicago, IL 60607 or San Francisco, CA 94158

Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2
Top 3 Responsibilities
Consult & Guide Partners: Serve as a strategic advertising consultant to restaurant partners, advising them on campaign strategy, targeting, bidding, budgeting, and performance optimization to drive self-service adoption.
Analyze Performance & Optimize: Evaluate campaign data against client KPIs to diagnose underperforming areas and deliver data-driven, actionable recommendations to improve performance
metrics like ROAS.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Partner Managers, Product, Sales, and Ops) to align account strategies, share advertiser feedback, and improve platform capabilities.
Mandatory Requirements
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, digital advertising, performance marketing, or media strategy at a data-driven tech company.
Core Expertise: Strong background in sponsored products/search, performance advertising, and standard digital campaign management fundamentals (budgeting, targeting, bidding, measurement).
Desired Skills
Extended Experience & Tech Platforms: 5+ years of experience in ad operations/strategy, with specific exposure to platforms like DV360, Meta Ads Manager, or Retail Media platforms.
Large Budget & Advanced Strategy Expertise: Proven experience managing or advising on large performance marketing budgets, combined with deep knowledge of brand safety,
viewability, and ad-fraud filtering.
Consultative Influence: Strong quantitative ability to turn data into compelling narratives that influence advertiser behavior and drive best-practice adoption without directly executing the campaigns.
Client’s advertisers who are using our ad products via self service
Yes, potential to interface with those outside of their team e.g. sales, clients directly
