Adjunct Lecturer (m/f/d) for the course: Transformational Change Management

(Teaching Period: Fall Semester 2026; Freelance/freiberuflicher Honorarvertrag)

Semester Start: 1.9.2026,  Academic Calendar 2026/2027 | Constructor University

Teaching Workload: 5 ECTS, 28 sessions of 75 minutes each

Degree level: Master

Location: Bremen preferred

What we expect:

  • Prepare teaching materials for the course based on learning outcomes outlined in the Module Data Sheet in the MBA 60 - Handbook.

  • Teach subject matter knowledge using interactive teaching methodologies.

  • Create appropriate examination questions and grade assessments.

  • Advise students and answer course-related questions.

  • Tolerance and openness suited to work in an international and diverse environment.

Your qualifications:

  • Master´s degree, preferably a Ph.D., related to the field of teaching

  • First experience in teaching with the respective subject field

  • Fluent in written and verbal English, the language of instruction and communication on campus
