Admin/Customer Service Assistant

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Part-time Administrator/Catering Assistant to join our team working at Virgin Money, Gosforth, NE3 4PL. 

You will set up hospitality and clear from day before, also providing admin help with your computer skills. You will be working with a fantastic team and support the day to day running of the unit.

• This is a Permanent, part-time position, 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 3 hours per day.

What you'll do:

• General cleaning of the unit, including sweeping/mopping the dining areas, rubbish disposal, general clean down of the unit and ensuring all designated cleaning tasks are complete.
• Serving pre-packaged / made to order food and cakes - ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed, also counter service and hospitality if busy 
• Stocking up and rotating stock daily, ensuring the unit stock is faced up throughout the day and dated correctly.
• Providing admin support on the computer.

What we're looking for:

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Overall health & safety and food safety knowledge
• Proficient IT skills
• Must be able to deal with busy periods and work well under pressure.
