We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-To prepare and follow up on all documentation relating to credit facilities.
-Effectively liaise with Back office/Middle office or related parties. to follow on customer's account activities; daily transactions; ensure the transaction can be completed in timely & accurately manner.
-To support Relationship Manager (RM) in delivering high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish good relationships with existing and potential customers, build up mature rapport.-To maintain service enhancement in cultivating the Sales & Service culture, in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers' satisfaction.
-To contribute on process improvement and other related project/initiatives assigned, execute/coordinate with stakeholders to deliver positive results.
-To have self-pitching activities with client on transactions.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related discipline is preferred.
-Banking related working experience, preferably in credit/ sales related position.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, enquip matured team work sprit.-Good analytical thinking, attention to details, well organized.
-Able to work under preasure and meet strictly deadline.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
