Are you an experienced administrator with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient service? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Lead to join our Diagnostics team in High Wycombe.
This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver exceptional service. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception, appointment scheduling and administrative services, helping to create an excellent experience for both patients and colleagues.
As our Administration Lead, you'll provide hands-on leadership and management to the Administration, Reception and Housekeeping teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring services run efficiently, staffing levels are maintained and patients receive a professional and welcoming experience at every stage of their journey.
Working closely with operational and clinical colleagues, you'll oversee appointment scheduling, rota management, service performance and team development, whilst supporting the ongoing delivery of a patient-centred diagnostic service.
What you'll be doing
