Under direct supervision, establishes and enforces child support obligations of responsible parents. Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.
Job Description (General Summary): DFCS is currently seeking a professional and dedicated individual to work in a customer-focused work environment. Under the supervision of the RSM District Manager, the Administrative Assistant 2 is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions to assist the District Manager. You will work one-on-one with the District Manager and Deputy District Manager and interact with OFI Leadership and a team of professionals from other business units within the agency. This role requires a high level of customer service and exemplary organization skills; demonstrating trustworthiness and responsible behavior as you perform a variety of administrative duties.
Role and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, demonstrate some or all the following skills/experience:
- Three (3) or more years of administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated experience in office administration.
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to management staff.
- Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Two years of Office of Family Independence experience.
