We are seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our hospice team. In this office-based role, you will support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly while providing professional and compassionate communication with patients, families, and other team members.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, compassionate, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. Much of your day will be spent answering incoming phone calls, assisting visitors and staff, and completing computer-based administrative tasks, all while helping us provide the highest quality of care and customer service to those we serve.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred; multi-line phone system experience strongly preferred
