  • Assist in the lobby in the absence of the receptionist, including greeting visitors and answering phones.
  • Assist with employee appreciation activities.
  • Schedules and participates in community activities.
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Summary Description:

While reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department and other departments as needed. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, payroll support, employee communications and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.  

Position: Administrative Assistant

Hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per day)

Location: Chillicothe MO

Rate: $24.13

What you’ll be doing:
