  • Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems (using OneDrive).
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents for the RDM, including time-sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Manage the RDM’s calendar and schedule, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, and reports.

  • Provide administrative support on projects across the broader Support Services team.
  • Support Health & Safety efforts by acting as recorder for Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings and uploading documents to iMS.
  • Coordinate logistics for site tours, events, and corporate initiatives, acting as a liaison for internal stakeholders and external visitors.
  • Represent the RDM as the initial point of contact, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing senior-level administrative and organizational support to the Resident District Manager (RDM).
