The Opportunity

The Administrative Services Coordinator, Legal Operations provides administrative and operational support to AgeCare’s Legal team, working closely with the General Counsel & Vice President, Legal and Corporate Services and other legal professionals. This role supports a broad range of corporate and health law matters, including document and contract management, drafting and review, research, project coordination, file and records management, policy support, and responding to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Working with limited guidance, you will help identify needs, resolve routine issues, and ensure effective and efficient legal operations. This position is a member of the administrative team supporting the Executive and provides back up coverage as needed. This includes support for other administrative professionals and reception functions during absences or peak workload periods.
