What you'll do
- Serve as first point of contact for customers at Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS)
- Engage with customers both in person and via telephone.
- Interpret and explain policies and procedures to university students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
- Address and facilitate customers’ parking needs.
- Accurately record customer and sales/payment information
- Document all transactions and prepare supporting documents for sales/payments, permit returns, charge adjustments, and revenue refunds.
- Assist with Student Traffic Court and the Hearing Authority
- Enter appeals related to citations.
- Support the process for first and second level appeals.
- Assist with reviewing, researching and correcting error reports
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in error reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Accurately record customer and sales/payment information: • Document all transactions and prepare supporting documents for sales/payments, permit returns, charge adjustments, and revenue refunds. Assist with Student Traffic Court and the Hearing Authority: • Enter appeals related to citations. • Support the process for first and second level appeals. Work hours: Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position may require occasional additional work hours to satisfy departmental needs for seasonal permit renewals, events and other tasks as directed. |
