What you'll do

  • Providing front-of-house and general administrative support across the facility, including greeting and welcoming visitors, dealing with general enquiries and acting as a professional first point of contact for the site.
  • Providing administration support to the Project Support and Production teams, including maintaining records, preparing reports, monitoring live project schedules and supporting the timely completion of orders.
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, records, reports and other relevant information, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and readily available.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, site visits and other activities as required, including preparing relevant documentation and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Production Support Manager and wider management team as required.
  • Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, customers and visitors as required, ensuring a professional and helpful approach at all times.
  • Maintaining appropriate document control processes and ensuring records are filed and retained in line with company requirements.
  • Providing cover across other administrative roles within the facility when required, including during periods of staff absence, annual leave, sickness or training.
  • Assisting with the induction and coaching of new members of the team and supporting the implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Full description from employer

The Administrator will report directly to the Production Support Manager and will be based at our Letterkenny facility. The role will provide a broad range of administrative and front-of-house support across the facility, while also working closely with the Production and Project Support teams. The successful candidate will be required to manage a varied workload, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the facility and providing administrative support to live projects and production activities.
