What you'll do
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and families, providing responsive, personalized communication throughout the admission process
- Field and process admission inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Assist with application processing, applicant file completion, and timely follow-up with families regarding required admission materials and next steps
- Assist with admission communications and outreach, including prospective family correspondence, event communications, and other recruitment materials
- Coordinate campus tours, student visits, interviews, assessments, and other prospective family experiences
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support admission activities and participate in student activities, school events, and community functions
- Support admission and enrollment events, including submitting and managing event requests, coordinating key participants, and problem-solving in real time to ensure precise execution
- Manage the admission calendar to ensure a smooth, well-paced flow of visitors.
- Match visiting families with an Eagle Host who shares similar interests
- Support the transition of newly enrolled students and families from admission through the start of school
- Utilize the admission database and school information systems to track inquiries, manage visit logistics, and support the family journey from first contact through enrollment
- Generate reports from the database to support the Admission & Enrollment team

- Must pass a federal and state background check and comply with MSDE Employment History Review.

- 2–3 years of relevant or transferable experience preferred
- Database or CRM experience is a plus

Benefits
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's years of experience at an educational institution and prior administrative experience and responsibilities. Candidates will be offered a competitive salary and are exempt from overtime within the range of $50,000 - $55,000 dependent on experience. Salary will be prorated based off start date in the 2026-2027 school year.
