  • Working in Devops environment. Provide hands-on coaching and support to engineering teams, helping them adopt consistent practices that improve delivery flow, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assess team needs and recommend practical tools, techniques, and ways of working that support effective engineering outcomes.
  • Promote practical engineering practices across planning, development, testing, automation, release readiness, and operational feedback.
