Job Summary
The Sales Development Advertising Strategist is an outward, forward thinking partner to Media Solutions Sales. By partnering with sellers, the Advertising Strategist will help determine the appropriate strategy, value proposition, and solution to solve the client's needs/objectives/goals.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Identifies client, market, and industry trends through analysis and leverages insights to develop advertising strategies, value propositions, and solutions that address client business objectives.
- Partners with sales leadership, account executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to determine key factors impacting business performance and assists in developing strategic recommendations and solutions to address opportunities and challenges.
- Facilitates discussions across sales, leadership, and functional teams to uncover new opportunities, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborates with clients, sales teams, and business partners to support the development and execution of advertising strategies, including discovery sessions, solution design, campaign planning, and performance evaluations.
- Provides subject matter expertise on advertising products, solutions, and industry best practices, while coaching individuals and teams and promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Works with leadership, sales teams, Measurement & Insights, and other stakeholders across the organization to develop holistic strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
- Evaluates campaign performance, market intelligence, and business results to identify optimization opportunities, strategic recommendations, and potential areas for growth.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $78,496.08 - $128,448.13Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
