Advice Night Administrator – Kingsford Legal Centre UNSW

  • Employment Type: Part Time, 16 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 3.30pm - 7.30pm)
  • Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2027
  • Remuneration: Level 5 from $92,265 - $104,401 (pro rata) + 17% super + leave loading
  • Location: UNSW Kensington Campus

About Us:

Kingsford Legal Centre (KLC) is a community legal centre providing free legal advice and assistance to our local community and to people across New South Wales. Our team of solicitors provide advice on matters such as Domestic Violence, Credit and Debt, Victim’s Compensation, Criminal Law, Employment Law, and Discrimination Law.

Why Your Role Matters:

The Advice Night Administrator provides effective administrative support to the Monday to Thursday evening advice sessions within Kingsford Legal Centre to ensure our services are provided efficiently to meet the operating needs of KLC. This role supports KLC lawyers, volunteers and students in the delivery of high-quality legal advice in our evening clinics.

The role reports to the Centre’s Operations Manager supporting the Kingsford Legal Centre Director and Deputy.

The role works across advice clinics which take place Monday to Thursday evenings, and the ordinary hours are 3:30pm to 7:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
