Your Role

 

Are you passionate about change management and bringing organizations through the project process from conception to adoption? In this role, you'll support the Digital Products and Innovation team (PIN/DP&I) in developing and delivering engagement initiatives focused on change and transformation.

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Operations, you'll join the Digital Products and Innovation team (PIN/DP&I) where a major initiative is underway to modernize CBC/Radio-Canada’s digital ecosystem and make it more resilient in an evolving media environment. This exciting work will be done in close cooperation with various departments and will greatly contribute to build the public broadcaster’s future.

 

As Adviser, Business and Strategic Planning, you'll be responsible for planning and executing business change strategies with all the relevant digital teams in line with the overall direction set by Digital Products and Innovation (PIN/DP&I) leadership. Your role will be to serve as liaison between multiple stakeholders to support a coherent, unified strategy. Education

Please note this is a 12-month contract position, renewable annually. This regular position is not a consulting assignment and has attractive CBC/Radio-Canada employee benefits.
