POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about internal communications, employee experience and strategic storytelling? Would you like to have a real impact on engagement and organizational culture? Then join our team!

As an Employee Communications Advisor, you will play a central role in planning and implementing high-impact internal communications strategies. You'll be responsible for producing engaging content (articles, videos, newsletters, presentations, etc.), orchestrating communications campaigns linked to organizational projects, and providing strategic advice to internal stakeholders.

Your mission: to strengthen the connection between employees and our purpose by embodying the voice of BDC culture through our internal channels.
