What you'll do

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of employee experience programs across the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement surveys, performance management, development planning, and related initiatives.
  • Lead the administration of key programs and processes, including the recognition program and Code of Ethics compliance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, tracking, and audit readiness.
  • Support the operational execution and continuous improvement of employee experience processes, communications, and resources, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Propose and manage employee- and leader-facing communications and training materials in both official languages.
  • Serve as a key resource for Workday Talent modules and related processes, partnering with stakeholders to support system enhancements, process optimization, reporting, and knowledge management.
  • Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of a centralised HR planning tracker covering all HR initiatives (Talent Cycle, COE priorities, HR plans, etc).
  • Engage with COEs to collect, validate, and update information, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Proposes required adjustments based on capacity.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for COE’s for any updates or questions about the integrated calendar.
  • Monitor progress against plans and identify risks, gaps, or delays, escalating as needed.
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing evolution of HR governance processes, including establishing a structured cadence with HR leaders and HRLT.
  • Prepare materials and insights for quarterly HR governance reviews, supporting structured discussions with HR leadership.
  • Support the HR Business Unit Planning (BUP) process, including coordinating inputs, tracking updates, and ensuring alignment across HR plans and priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in HR, preferably in roles involving planning, project management or HR programs and initiatives support.
  • Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structured, accurate tracking.
  • Ability to work with data and performance metrics to support visibility, tracking, and continuous improvement of initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and rigour, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
  • Strong digital mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems (Workday is a strong asset), and the ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.

POSITION OVERVIEW


As an Advisor, HR Operations your mandate is to work closely with the employee experience team ensuring a seamless deployment and execution of HR programs and talent cycle initiatives while supporting integrated planning and governance across the HR function.  


CHALLENGES TO BE MET


Employee Experience programs & delivery

Reporting and analytical support 

  • Produce integrated reporting on initiative progress, and success measures. 
  • Develop dashboards to provide visibility on initiative delivery, prioritisation decisions, impacted audiences, and overall performance against success measures. 
  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into concrete recommendations. 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
