Advisor, Services Project-Program Management

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering major application and system releases, ensuring projects are completed within agreed cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Leads complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technical teams. Provides end-to-end project leadership, translating business requirements into technology solutions and overseeing design, build, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Manages projects across applications, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity domains. The role requires regional travel of up to 50% and the ability to obtain and maintain the relevant Singapore Government security clearances. Responsibilities may include managing sensitive or classified projects for government agencies, including the Ministry of Defence, GovTech, and other public sector organizations. 

 

You will:
