As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Deals practice. You will leverage your analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
- Analyzing financial statements and identifying key financial trends and risks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide strategic insights
- Developing financial models to assess the impact of potential transactions
- Evaluating earnings quality and working capital requirements to inform decision-making
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Supporting deal management processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Advising clients on financial planning and forecasting to enhance business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
