  • Support industrialisation activities by validating designs for manufacturability and assembly.
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing and assembly abnormalities, including: One-way assembly breakdowns, Rib clashes, Design and assembly-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with design engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible from an industrial and manufacturing perspective.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, notes, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Participate in and contribute to Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activities.
  • Support Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assess tooling requirements and support redesign activities where necessary.
  • Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) improvements to optimise production efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Provide manufacturing process expertise during product development and industrialisation phases.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Industrialisation Engineer to support the successful transition of product designs into manufacturing. This position requires a strong understanding of design validation, manufacturing feasibility, and industrialisation processes, working closely with design teams to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support industrialisation activities by validating designs for manufacturability and assembly.
