After Sales Service Specialist North Africa (m/f/d)

• Manage daily communication with customers across North Africa regarding after sales services
• Act as the interface between customers, Sales, Order Management and Engineering
• Prepare and support international tenders and feasibility assessments
• Create and process service and maintenance quotations, including commercial and technical clarification
• Create and manage spare parts quotations
• Support customers during on-site and virtual customer meetings
• Coordinate daily operational service activities
• Drive projects to optimize service processes and expand the service business
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and service performance

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) with additional qualification as Business Economist and relevant professional experience
• Initial technical understanding and interest in technical products
• Experience in customer service, after sales or sales support
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Solution-oriented and proactive working style
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good German, French and English language skills, both written and spoken
