What You'll Do

As an Agent in Training, you will:

• Build relationships with prospective clients through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach.

• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.

• Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews.

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to grow your skills.

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication using agency CRM systems.

• Stay current on Farmers Insurance products and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with your team to help drive agency growth.

What We're Looking For

• Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable speaking with new people and building lasting relationships.

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
