We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple squads and establish consistent delivery practices across the organization. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Leadership teams to improve delivery predictability, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure successful execution of strategic roadmaps.
Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams and value streams.
Facilitate and drive Scrum of Scrums, cross-team planning, and dependency management activities.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to translate strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, OKRs, roadmaps, epics, and sprint execution.
Establish and standardize Agile delivery processes, governance, and reporting across teams.
Drive quarterly planning, sprint planning, release planning, and execution reviews.
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
Create transparency into delivery progress through metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
Own Agile tooling standards, Jira governance, backlog health, and delivery data quality.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to improve Agile maturity and execution effectiveness.
Partner with leadership to optimize team structure, capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Champion innovation and challenge traditional ways of working by leveraging emerging technologies, AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and overall delivery effectiveness.
10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, technology delivery, or program management.
Proven experience leading Agile delivery across multiple squads or product teams.
Strong experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums and managing cross-team dependencies.
Expertise in Agile planning, Jira, roadmap management, and delivery governance.
Experience working with senior leadership on prioritization, planning, and execution decisions.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish standardized delivery practices and operating models across organizations.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and adopt new technologies and AI-driven solutions to solve delivery and operational challenges.
Predictable and transparent delivery across multiple squads.
Effective management of dependencies and execution risks.
Standardized Agile delivery practices across teams.
Strong roadmap-to-execution alignment.
