Role Overview
Lead digital transformation across the organization, encompassing ERP implementation, business intelligence, MIS, and process excellence (design & redesign), ensuring execution discipline and cross-functional alignment

Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary interface between Gamlaa and the ERPNext implementation partner.
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation execution across all departments.
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for each function.
- Conduct regular review cadences to track implementation progress.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Validate deliverables prior to internal acceptance.
2. Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Operations, Procurement, Projects, Inventory, Maintenance, Accounting, and Finance teams.
- Ensure equal focus and implementation progress across all departments.
- Align workflows, resolve dependencies, and drive execution clarity.
- Act as the central point for business–technology alignment.
3. BRD Validation & Process Structuring
- Lead requirement gathering and ensure comprehensive BRD (Business Requirement Document) creation for all departments.
- Validate BRDs to ensure:
- Completeness and clarity of requirements
- Alignment with actual business processes
- Coverage of edge cases and exceptions
- Ensure proper sign-off from stakeholders before implementation.
- Translate BRDs into structured workflows and execution plans.
4. Business Process Integration
- Ensure seamless integration across lifecycle:
- Lead → CRM → Order → Procurement → Inventory → Execution → Billing → Accounting → Finance → Collections → Reporting
- Embed financial controls, accounting workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure alignment between operational workflows and financial reporting.
5. MIS, Dashboards & Business Intelligence (Power BI)
- Define and implement Power BI/ ERP Next based MIS frameworks across all departments.
- Ensure structured data flow from ERPNext into ERPNext reporting/ Power BI dashboards.
- Drive creation of dashboards such as:
- Sales pipeline & CRM performance
- Project execution & cost tracking
- Inventory & procurement analytics
- Financial dashboards (Revenue, Cost, Margins, Cash Flow, Receivables)
- Standardize reporting for leadership decision-making.
6. Implementation Governance & Tracking
- Establish structured tracking mechanisms for:
- Implementation progress
- Open issues and risks
- Change requests
- Maintain visibility across all departments.
- Drive timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
7. UAT, Rollout & Adoption
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all functions including finance validations.
- Ensure issue closure before go-live.
- Drive phased rollout and stabilization.
- Ensure strong user adoption across all departments.
8. Continuous Improvement & Optimization
- Continuously review system usage, workflows, and Power BI/ ERP Next MIS outputs.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders and vendor to enhance processes and system capabilities.
- Drive iterative improvements post-implementation to maximize business value.
9. Data Governance & Accuracy
- Ensure readiness and accuracy of master data:
- Customers, Vendors, Items, Projects, Chart of Accounts, Pricing
- Validate consistency between operational and financial data.
- Establish ongoing data governance practices.
10. Leadership Reporting & Visibility
- Provide structured updates to leadership on:
- ERP implementation progress
- Power BI/ ERP Next based MIS readiness and dashboard availability
- Key risks, issues, and dependencies
- Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–12 years of experience in digital transformation / ERP implementation / PMO roles.
- Experience working with external ERP vendors or system integrators.
- Strong working knowledge of ERPNext (preferred).
- Hands-on exposure to Power BI / MIS / Python based dashboarding environments.
- Understanding of accounting and finance processes (billing, collections, reporting).
