The Role

We are looking for English speakers with C1+/ C2 level who want to start or continue their career in Customer Support for a major AI player in Lisbon to join a multicultural team assisting the needs of users of the platforms.

Even if you have no previous experience, this role gives you the opportunity to grow in a professional and international environment. You will be helping customers, solving problems and creating positive experiences every single day.

• Advanced level of English

• Tech savy with technical background or experience
