What you'll do
- Accelerate digital and AI value creation across PMI Manufacturing
- Drive ideation, experimentation, industrialization, and large-scale adoption of digital solutions
- Ensure alignment with global Digital Engineering, IT Tech teams and Digital Delivery Model
- Build sustainable digital and AI capabilities at local and regional level
- Define and evaluate digital and AI opportunities aligned with business priorities by leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoVs)
- Validate business impact, technical feasibility, and scalability using a “fail fast, learn fast” approach

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 within Manufacturing
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in production environments - lead change and drive innovation
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into digital/AI solutions (analytics, automation, optimization)
- Understanding of Digital Manufacturing architecture (OT / IT / AI / Cloud)
- Knowledge of agile delivery, MVP development, and experimentation approaches
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence, quality, productivity, or maintenance domains
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- High adaptability and learning agility
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 within Manufacturing
