About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience who can own features end-to-end from understanding business requirements and designing scalable solutions to development, deployment, and production support.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and AI-powered products used by customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC.
- Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, payment gateways, and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, testing, debugging, documentation, and code quality.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure application development.
- Hands-on experience in debugging, deployment, and production support.
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
