We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience building scalable, secure, and customer-facing web and digital applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to work across the complete application lifecycle.

This role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other technology-driven environments, where performance, security, reliability, and seamless user experience are critical. You will work closely with product, design, and technology teams to transform business requirements into robust digital solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web and digital applications.
• Build intuitive and high-performing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop robust backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with internal applications and third-party systems.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Follow secure development practices, particularly when handling sensitive financial and customer data.
• Participate in CI/CD and modern DevOps practices to streamline application releases.
• Monitor application performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to application architecture, technology selection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Work effectively within Agile development teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and delivery activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and cloud-based application deployment.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, testing, and application security.
• Experience developing customer-facing applications, preferably within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Exposure to the Frappe Framework is an advantage.
• Experience with mobile development technologies such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
