What You Will Do:
 

The AI/ML Integration Specialist is responsible for the technical direction and execution of all tasks related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) integration across the enterprise. This role focuses on incorporating approved AI capabilities into existing toolsets and infrastructure to enhance mission execution while maintaining security, compliance, and operational effectiveness. The Specialist evaluates AI tools, supports data schema and pipeline design, configures APIs and data connectors, and establishes frameworks for continuous verification, testing, and monitoring of AI-enabled solutions.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience integrating advanced AI and ML capabilities within federal or defense environments.
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification.
• TensorFlow Developer or equivalent AI/ML technical certification.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and evaluating AI tools for integration suitability and analyzing system architectures to determine optimal AI integration points.
• Experience drafting technical roadmaps to support phased AI adoption, including identifying technical risks, interoperability challenges, and resource requirements.
• Experience supporting data schema and mapping alignment, designing or modifying data pipelines, and drafting procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance for AI use.
• Experience assisting with API and data connector configuration for AI services, defining AI interface requirements, and validating AI-enabled workflows against operational needs.
• Experience designing continuous verification frameworks, defining test and evaluation criteria, and conducting technical monitoring and vulnerability assessments for AI systems.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into acquisition, portfolio management, or industrial base analytic tools.

• Familiarity with defense data and security policies and AI governance practices, including compliance requirements for AI/ML deployment.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and performance management in production environments.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with enterprise architects, data engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and mission owners to align AI solutions with operational workflows and risk tolerances.
• Master’s degree in Computer or Systems Engineering
