About this role
Nice to Have Nice to Have • Experience building copilots, chat interfaces, or agentic workflows that take multi-step actions • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Temporal, internal equivalents) • Background in business process improvement, ops engineering, or RPA • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and document processing (OCR, parsing, chunking) • Awareness of data privacy, access controls, and responsible AI practices for sensitive internal data • Comfort with rapid prototyping and lightweight user research
