Role Description

  • Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. The program focuses on identifying AI opportunities across banking operations, accelerating funded use cases into production, creating enterprise AI capabilities, enabling safe and scalable AI adoption, and establishing the governance framework required to support responsible AI deployment across the bank.

  • As an AVP within the Indra Chief Strategy Office team, you will play a key role in supporting program governance, workforce management, resource planning, financial tracking, stakeholder reporting, and execution oversight across a complex portfolio of AI initiatives. You will work closely with global program leadership, product teams, technology partners, finance, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation, transparent reporting, and successful program delivery.

  • You will join a global team responsible for driving AI transformation across Deutsche Bank and contribute to scaling AI adoption through strong program management disciplines and operational excellence.
