Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and features, including conversational assistants, intelligent search, recommendation systems, and content generation solutions.
• Build and optimize machine learning and Generative AI models by participating in data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment activities.
• Develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities into commercial products and platforms, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Create and maintain data pipelines, model management workflows, and monitoring tools to support efficient AI development and operations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, Platform, and Hardware teams to define requirements, deliver features, and enhance user experiences.
• Monitor and improve deployed AI solutions through continuous evaluation of model accuracy, latency, resource utilization, and customer feedback.
• Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies, and apply them to solve real-world business and technical challenges.

• Demonstrated expertise in Python and a strong grasp of common ML/LLM workflows; proficiency in either JavaScript, C#, or C++ is highly desirable.
• Robust foundation in software engineering, encompassing version control (Git), software design principles, and unit testing.
• Effective communication and technical documentation abilities, with a proven history of delivering top-notch outcomes within set timelines.
• Proactive team player who excels in collaborating across departments and translating intricate technical concepts into actionable development strategies.
