- ITコンサルティング、ソフトウェア／アプリケーション開発、Business Applications、テクノロジーソリューション、アーキテクチャ設計、技術サポート、またはこれらに関連する分野で4年以上の実務経験、もしくは同等の経験を有する方
- AI／AIエージェント、ローコード・ノーコード、Business Applications、アプリケーション開発などの技術領域における実務経験を有する方
- お客様のビジネスまたは技術的な課題を理解し、テクノロジーを活用したソリューションの提案、設計、導入または活用支援を行った経験を有する方
- 技術的な内容を、お客様のビジネスおよび技術の意思決定者を含むさまざまなステークホルダーに分かりやすく説明し、コミュニケーションできる方
- 日本語でお客様とのビジネスコミュニケーションを円滑に行うことができる方
Nice to have
- ITコンサルティング、ソフトウェア／アプリケーション開発、Business Applications、テクノロジーソリューション、アーキテクチャ設計、または関連する分野で8年以上の実務経験、もしくは同等の経験を有する方
- Copilot Studio、Power Platform、Dynamics 365、AzureなどのMicrosoftクラウドテクノロジーに関する知識または実務経験を有する方
- AIエージェントやローコードソリューションについて、ユースケースの検討から設計、開発、導入、活用・展開までのいずれかのフェーズを支援した経験を有する方
- 顧客対応を伴うコンサルティング、プリセールス、カスタマーサクセス、テクニカルアーキテクトなどの経験を有する方
- 複数のステークホルダーや社内外のチームと連携し、技術プロジェクトやお客様の変革を推進した経験を有する方
- Copilot Studio、Power Platform、Azure、AI、Business Applicationsなど、関連する技術分野の認定資格を保有している方
- 新しいテクノロジーやビジネス領域について継続的に学び、その知識をお客様やチームに還元することに意欲のある方
- 英語でグローバルチームとのコミュニケーションや技術情報の収集ができる方
