We are hiring an AI Solutions Engineering Lead within our Technology & Delivery team, where you'll play a key role in turning innovative AI ideas into real-world solutions that transform the way our business operates.

Working at the intersection of technology and operations, you'll partner directly with colleagues across Acacium Group to understand business challenges, rapidly develop AI-powered solutions and ensure they are successfully embedded into everyday ways of working. You'll combine hands-on AI engineering with stakeholder collaboration to deliver secure, scalable solutions that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity and colleague and customer experience.

In this role, you will:
