WHO WE ARE

Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality and people. Across the group we support around 10,000 learners a year and we're scaling fast. We need someone ready to lead, deliver and continuously improve the learning experience for our commercial AI training programmes, working with organisations who are investing in AI capability.

QUICK FACTS

  • Location: Remote-first (with occasional travel for team events or customer meetings)

  • Reports to: Performance Manager – Delivery

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

  • DBS Check required for all roles

LIFE IN THE ROLE

You'll be the subject matter expert learners turn to for applied AI and workplace AI adoption, helping them build the confidence to deploy AI across business workflows responsibly. You'll deliver both face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions, bringing modern pedagogy, real AI tools and interactive approaches into every session so learners stay engaged and build real capability, not just theory.

Day-to-day, you'll be facilitating hands-on learning with AI tools and real business use cases, coaching learners as they build AI-enabled processes and solutions, and keeping momentum on course milestones. You'll also work closely with client organisations, acting as a trusted AI skills advisor who helps them adopt AI productively and responsibly.

You won't be designing the curriculum from scratch - that's owned by our curriculum team - but you'll be a vital voice in evolving it, feeding back what's landing and what isn't, and helping bring AI concepts to life through case studies and workplace context.

THE HONEST HARD BIT

AI moves fast, and so do we. You'll be teaching tools and techniques that shift month to month, which means staying genuinely current isn't optional; it's part of the job. You'll also be balancing classroom delivery, employer relationships and curriculum feedback loops at the same time, in a remote-first, fast-scaling environment that doesn't always hand you a fixed script.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

✔ You've got proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation, virtually or in person

✔ You've applied AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot or automation platforms in a real business context

✔ You understand data ethics, responsible AI and information governance

✔ You can turn complex AI concepts into simple, practical, workplace-ready learning

✔ You're confident running sessions on digital learning and collaboration platforms

✔ You're energised by an environment that moves quickly and expects you to keep pace

This is not for you if:

✘ You want a fixed curriculum you never have to question or adapt

✘ You'd rather work with AI in theory than get hands-on with the tools yourself

✘ You need a slow-moving, highly structured environment to do your best work

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation (virtual and/or in-person)

  • Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) in a business context

  • Understanding of AI adoption in business workflows, productivity, service, or operations

  • Strong knowledge of data ethics, responsible AI and information governance

  • Ability to break down complex topics into simple, practical, workplace-ready learning

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and learning-engagement skills

  • Confidence using digital learning and collaboration platforms

Nice to have:

  • Experience delivering formal, structured training programmes

  • Familiarity with project-based learning and workplace coaching

  • Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, prompt engineering, and automation tools

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. BCS AI Foundation, Microsoft AI, Google AI)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary

  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service

  • Private medical insurance

  • Birthday Leave + Volunteer Day

  • Hybrid working with regular collaboration days in our Wilmslow HQ

  • Ongoing professional development and leadership support

  • A culture of high performance, innovation, and impact, where your contribution directly shapes Apprentify's success

  • Enhanced family leave policies

  • Access to mental health and wellbeing support

  • Regular company-wide events and team socials
