About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on and AI-first Video Producer who can independently manage the end-to-end video production process — from ideation, scripting and shooting to AI generation, editing, motion graphics, rendering and final delivery.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video storytelling, social media content, marketing and performance creatives, along with hands-on experience using modern AI tools to create high-quality content efficiently.
The role will work closely with the Design, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content and Product teams to understand video requirements, develop creative concepts and deliver engaging content within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete video production lifecycle from concept to final output.
- Develop video ideas, concepts, scripts, storyboards, hooks and visual treatments.
- Create videos from scratch using AI-generated content, live footage, stock assets, animation and motion graphics.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Create Reels, Shorts, product videos, explainers, testimonials, promotional videos, social media content and performance marketing creatives.
- Create multiple video variations, hooks, CTAs and formats for marketing and performance campaigns.
- Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, dubbing, avatars, background creation, editing and content repurposing.
- Create motion graphics, animations, typography, transitions, subtitles and basic visual effects.
- Work closely with the Social Media team to develop new content formats, trends and engagement-focused videos.
- Work with the Performance Marketing team to create conversion-focused video creatives and creative variations.
- Coordinate with the Design team for brand assets, graphics, illustrations and other visual requirements.
- Support podcast, interview, testimonial and talking-head video production.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets for different platforms.
- Manage multiple video requirements independently and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle video rendering, compression, codecs, file formats and platform-specific exports.
- Continuously explore new AI tools, video trends and production techniques to improve content quality and production efficiency.
Preferred AI / Creative Tool Ecosystem
The candidate does not need to know every tool listed below, but should have strong hands-on experience with several of these tools and be comfortable learning new AI tools quickly.
- AI Video Generation: Google Veo / Google Flow, Runway, Luma, Adobe Firefly Video, InVideo AI, Kling, Pika, Hailuo or equivalent.
- AI Avatars & Presenters: HeyGen, Synthesia and similar AI avatar / lip-sync tools.
- AI Voice & Audio: ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast and AI voice generation, dubbing and audio enhancement tools.
- AI Image Generation: Midjourney, FLUX, Adobe Firefly, Gemini / ChatGPT image generation and equivalent tools.
- Editing & Post-Production: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent.
- Design & Motion: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects and motion graphics / animation tools.
- Productivity & Creative AI: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and other emerging AI creative / productivity tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in video production, video editing or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on video editing and post-production skills.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition and creative execution.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI-powered creative tools.
- Experience creating social media and marketing videos.
- Good understanding of short-form content, Reels, Shorts and social-first storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Good understanding of cameras, shooting techniques, lenses, framing and composition.
- Understanding of lighting, audio recording and basic sound design.
- Knowledge of video codecs, formats, resolutions, frame rates, compression and rendering.
- Ability to create content in multiple formats including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9.
- Ability to independently manage video projects from brief to final delivery.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to proactively suggest new video ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Design, Social Media, Performance Marketing and other teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to continuously experiment with new AI tools, creative formats and emerging video technologies.
Good to Have
- Experience in performance marketing / advertising creatives.
- Experience with podcast, interview and multi-camera shoots.
- Basic photography and colour-grading knowledge.
- Experience with AI avatars, AI voice cloning, dubbing and multilingual content.
- Experience creating UGC-style and creator-led content.
- Experience working in a SaaS, technology, healthcare or B2B environment.
- Understanding of social media analytics, engagement and video performance metrics.
