What you'll do
- Coordinate and communicate with overseas agents, network partners, airlines, authorities, and customers regarding export shipments.
- Execute end-to-end air export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Manage co-loading business activities, including rate quotations and coordination with carriers.
- Process space bookings with airlines and obtain spot rates when required.
- Receive and process shipment nominations and customer bookings, providing accurate flight details and shipment updates.
- Arrange cargo collection and transportation with appointed transport providers.
- Create and manage export files and shipment execution within CargoWise One (CW1).
- Prepare and issue pre-alerts upon shipment execution.
- Process invoicing and coordinate closely with the GSS team on billing-related matters.
- Monitor and update operational KPIs and system records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, operational procedures, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Coordinator to manage export shipments activities while ensuring seamless coordination with international networks, airlines, customers, and relevant authorities. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality service, meeting customer requirements, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
