What you'll do
- Perform welding and brazing works on air-conditioning condensers, copper refrigerant piping and related components.
- Carry out repair works on aircon components where required.
- Ensure welding/brazing works are completed safely and to the required quality standard.
- Assist in dismantling and salvaging air-conditioning equipment, including compressors, condensers and other reusable components.
- Identify salvaged parts that are suitable for reuse, repair or disposal.
- Take ownership of the aircon spare parts inventory and ensure proper stock control.
- Receive, inspect, sort, label and store incoming spare parts and salvaged components.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts received, issued, returned and salvaged.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure physical inventory matches stock records.
- Ensure spare parts and equipment are properly organized for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse and work areas.

We are looking for a hands-on Aircon Welding & Warehouse Executive who will be responsible for air-conditioning welding/brazing works as well as the overall management and control of aircon spare parts and warehouse inventory.
The role requires someone who is technically competent, organized and able to take ownership of spare parts while supporting aircon equipment salvage and general warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Aircon Welding & Technical Works
- Perform welding and brazing works on air-conditioning condensers, copper refrigerant piping and related components.
- Carry out repair works on aircon components where required.
- Ensure welding/brazing works are completed safely and to the required quality standard.
