Use Your Equipment Knowledge to Shape the Future of Service

Are you an engineer who enjoys solving complex tool issues, understanding how equipment behaves, and finding smarter ways to improve performance?

As an AIX (Digital) Field Service Engineer, you'll combine hands-on equipment expertise with advanced digital tools and data analytics to improve tool uptime, accelerate troubleshooting, and deliver greater value to customers.

This is not a purely analytical role. You'll remain closely connected to the equipment and engineering teams, using real-world service experience to develop fault detection models, identify emerging issues, and help engineers resolve problems faster. Your understanding of how tools operate in the field will be critical in turning data into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine predictive models that identify tool issues before they impact customers.
  • Analyze equipment data and trends to improve reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Partner with Field Service Engineers to accelerate root cause analysis and fault resolution.
  • Maintain strong tool knowledge and apply engineering expertise to digital solutions.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights that support customer and business objectives.
  • Train and support engineers in the effective use of AIX tools and capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of digital service solutions across the organization.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong field service, equipment engineering, or technical troubleshooting background.
  • Deep curiosity about how tools work and fail.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and digital tools.
  • Effective communicator who can influence, train, and support others.
  • Interested in helping shape the future of predictive and data-driven service delivery.

Why Consider This Role?

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand beyond traditional field service by combining hands-on engineering expertise with digital transformation, predictive maintenance, and advanced analytics. You'll help solve challenging customer problems today while building skills that are increasingly critical to the future of service and support.

Be the engineer who doesn't just fix problems, but helps prevent them from happening in the first place.
