- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or HCP marketing.
- Independently coordinate marketing and AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Assist with developing and managing Allergan Aesthetics content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
- Assist in managing and reporting for the AMI Digital World platform ensuring it achieves it intended targets.
- Working with local agency(ies) to secure localization and approval process of all new video resources for AMI DW (based on inputs from AMI Lead).
- Being involved in local content creation for AMI Digital World (tracking and securing required approval).
- Involvement in localization and creation of local AMI materials – working with AMI Lead.
- Preparing documentation and running approval process following AMI protocol and compliance requirements.
- Manage Veeva approval process for invitations and agenda and sending to HCPs through a dedicated AMI email address set up for this purpose.
- Contracting with agencies and monitoring payments.
- On-site assistance with hands-on trainings and other AMI Events. Preparing materials, collecting, and tracking samples, taking photographs.
- Arranging speaker logistics (such as tickets, accommodation).

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This role will assist the AMI marketing department with its initiatives and programs. His/Her scope will include coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Regular/daily communication with Clinical Specialists and accountability for ordering and monitoring previously approved FoCs products for clinical facilitations (from customer service or distributor).
• Responsible for regular monitoring of compliance process for clinical facilitations, including final checking and closing of the documentation after each facilitation.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market, research and sales data.
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
• University degree in business or marketing / medical or pharmaceutical sciences
• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good level of project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
TRAVEL
Frequent travel nationally.
