What you'll do
- Act as the site's technical co-ordinator and providing technical expertise in all warehouse systems
- Drive stock integrity and compliance through process accuracy and continuous improvement through auditing, coaching, challenging and excellent site communications
- Understand the depot business plan and providing accurate updates to the depot management team and colleagues regarding stock, accuracy and kit management
- Drive stock and process compliance through coaching and continuous improvement plans, ensuring ways of working are understood, effectively rolled out and monitored
