Job Description Summary

The Americas Tier 1 Insights Leader is responsible for leading a team of Monitoring & Diagnostics engineers dedicated to proactive fleet monitoring and customer trip response across the Americas. This role plays a critical part in identifying fleet risks early, ensuring rapid response to customer events, and translating technical insights into actions that improve reliability and availability.

As a frontline leader, you will develop and coach engineers, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Customer Service Engineering, Regional Services, and technical leaders, you will help ensure customers receive timely, high-quality insights that support safe, reliable operation of their assets.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
