About the Role
We are hiring a Senior AI Consultant to strengthen our AI Trust capability, focused on making AI systems governable, compliant, and trusted by design. You will combine client advisory, architecture, and hands-on delivery in the domains of AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance, with growth towards leading our AI Trust Squad.
What You Will Do

Advise clients on AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance (e.g. EU AI Act)

Design & implement governance frameworks and control mechanisms for AI solutions

Define architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant AI platforms

Embed governance into MLOps / LLMOps / GenAI solutions

Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into practical technical solutions

Contribute to proposals, assessments, and client engagements

Support the build-up of our AI Trust capability and squad
What You Bring
-
6–10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital consulting
-
Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk/compliance
-
Understanding of AI/ML systems, GenAI, and enterprise architectures

Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management

Ability to bridge business, compliance, and technical domains

Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus

Experience with Azure / Databricks / similar platforms is a plus
-
Experience in leading a team is also a plus
