- Lead budget performance by monitoring project financials, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to defined margin targets.
- Identify mining opportunities in the existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions.
- Create whitepapers, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets, while guiding teams to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.
