What you'll do
- Coordinates the preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification, prepare Analysis and explanation of budget variances
- Review profit and loss and balance sheet statements accounts to support operational efficiencies and budget achievement.
- Month end Data and variances Review, controls, tracks and reports capital and asset investment programs, including overseeing approvals, tracking actual to budget, meeting program targets and ensuring appropriate accounting treatment.
- Lead and monitor business initiatives for cost improvement/reduction.
- Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters, including data and variances review
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial reporting packages to Senior Management
- Ensure and improve internal controls based on Corporate Policy and Directives to keep clean internal and external audit reports
- Communicates and educates other departments on the cost center spending and variances, change management tracking and quoting.
- Creates business cases and business models to provide a decision-making base for new business acquisition, support for offering programs / sales quoting to external customers.

- 5-7 years as Financial Analyst.
- 85-95% Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem solving.

About the Team
The Financial analyst team ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance and are responsible to analyze cost information to define proper cost of products or services
